Vertical Balers
Enviroquip are exclusive agents in the UK for the world famous Bramidan range of both vertical and horizontal balers.
Vertical balers are the ideal choice for material recovery including cardboard, paper, plastics and light metals, generally up to around 15 tonnes of an individual waste stream being produced per month, beyond which either a semi-automatic or fully automatic horizontal baler may be preferred.
Unlike any other manufacturer, we offer two distinct ranges of vertical balers:-
The Plus series of balers are of a space saving compact design with twin cross over cylinders to enable use in areas where head room may be restricted. With their durable design, super silent hydraulic systems and fast cycle times, with an unparalleled range of 7 different baler sizes producing a choice of bale weights from 100kg to 500kg, the Plus series of balers are ideal for high throughput applications where ergonomic design and ultimate ease of use are required.
The Standard series really are anything but standard, with a full range of 6 different models to suit any application and required bale weight. With a combination of excellent build quality and superior controls systems, the Standard range represent the best value for money vertical balers available on the market.
The baling process for either the Plus or Standard range is easy with materials loaded into the enclosed bale chamber with the bale process then protected by full electrical safety interlocks. Each vertical baler in our range is fitted with a 'bale made' light to indicate that the bale is ready to be tied off and then ejected. In all but the very smallest ENB75/B3 baler, the finished bales are ejected automatically via a tipping floor plate located in the base of the bale chamber.
All Enviroquip balers are supplied with a full 12 month part and labour warranty, backed by 24 hour response time to any service calls required through our own team of qualified service engineers.
The entire range of vertical balers is available on flexible rental agreements via our own in house compactor and baler rental division, Foward Equipment Rentals Ltd. Equipment rental is an ideal way to enjoy the instant benefits that the balers provide, using an economic and hassle free route, with all service parts and labour costs included within a fixed monthly rental charge.
