Horizontal Balers
Horizontal balers are the ideal choice for material recovery including cardboard, paper, plastics and light metals for waste producers with larger thoughputs of material where volumes of up to 4 tonnes per hour need to be processed.
Enviroquip provide a range of both semi-automatic and fully automatic horizontal balers to suit virtually any application.
The benefit of a horizontal baler is that it can be:-
- Loaded continuously, thereby maximising labour usage and enabling the continuous filling of the bale chamber through a number of options including conveyor feed, fork truck loading or automatic bin lift systems for wheelie bins and other types of container.
- With semi-automatic balers, once the bale has been tied manually, it is then ejected automatically from the baler. We offer 2 main semi-automatic baler models, the competitively priced EHB50SA, producing half tonne 'Mill' size bales, as well as the mighty EHB65SA horizontal baler with its impressive 65 tonne crushing force producing bale weights of up to 800kg each.
- The ultimate choice for ease of use comes from the EHB50HC/FA fully automatic horizontal baler which produces fully finished bales tied automatically and then ejected onto a bale ramp ready for collection and recycling.
